Transportation
For guests travelling from London, there is a direct train from London Paddington to Didcot Parkway.
We will be providing transfers from Didcot Parkway to Williams centre and ask for guests to arrive no later than 15:00 to ensure a timely arrival for the 15:30 reception. We therefore recommend aiming for the 14:00 departure from London Paddington (Great Western Railway (GWR). 

Station transfers
A dedicated car service will collect guests from Didcot Parkway and transfer you directly to the Williams Experience Centre. If you do not plan to use this service, please let us know in advance.

15:30 – Arrival & welcome reception
Welcome drinks and canapés at the Williams Experience Centre – an opportunity to connect with fellow finance leaders.

16:00 – Private heritage collection tour
An exclusive guided tour of the Williams Heritage Collection, hosted by Jim Barker, showcasing some of the most iconic cars in Formula 1 history.

17:00 – Esports simulator experience
Step into the driver’s seat with a competitive Esports simulator experience. Test your reflexes and precision on the virtual track in a state-of-the-art racing environment.

18:00 – Dinner
Guests will be seated for a refined three-course dining experience in a truly distinctive backdrop for conversation and connection.

20:00 – Departures
Soft departures, with return transfers available to Didcot Parkway.
