  • By entering this prize draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. You must provide your contact details before submitting the questionnaire to have a chance to win. TreasurySpring reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • To enter the prize draw you must complete and submit TreasurySpring’s Sustainability Impact Study and provide your contact details (once received by TreasurySpring, a “Completed Questionnaire”). This prize draw is free to enter for all individuals with a Completed Questionnaire, and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry may be made per person, except as otherwise stated.
  • The winner of the prize draw will be taken from the first 50 entrants with a Completed Questionnaire randomly selected, who meets these terms and conditions.
  • The draw will be made on 20th February 2026, regardless of how many Completed Questionnaires have been received.
  • All Sustainability Impact Study questionnaires must be submitted by midnight on 6th February 2026 for an entry to be valid.
  • The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond to the email within 30 days, we will then draw another name from the ballot until a winner is found.
  • The winner will receive their prize by email.
  • The prize is a Forerunner 165 Garmin watch, and is only able to be used with online purchases from the Garmin website.
  • The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
  • In addition to the prize draw, in relation to the first 100 Completed Questionnaires, TreasurySpring shall make a donation of £20 per person to the LSEG Foundation.
  • TreasurySpring reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond TreasurySpring’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  • Entrants must be aged 18+.
  • By entering this prize draw, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and, unless you have selected to opt out, for marketing purposes. TreasurySpring will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, TreasurySpring, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, or the prize itself, except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
