Loyaltea card – Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to TreasurySpring Advisors Limited’s (TreasurySpring, we, us, our) loyalty (Loyaltea) card scheme (the Loyalty Scheme) offered alongside TreasurySpring’s Tea and Treasury event series (the Events).
How do I participate in the Loyalty Scheme?
- Attendees of eligible Events (you) may be offered a loyalty card (a Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Card).
- When you attend an eligible Event, you may request that we issue one stamp on your Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Card. All stamps must be validly given by TreasurySpring.
- Once four stamps have been collected on a Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Card, you will be eligible to redeem a gift from TreasurySpring.
How do I redeem the reward?
- Upon presentation to us of a valid Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Card, by 31 December 2025 at the latest, with four validly completed stamps, a surprise gift will be awarded by us to you. You must forfeit the completed Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Card upon redemption.
- Completed Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Cards must be given to us in person or sent to us at: TreasurySpring, 25 Market Mews, London W1J 7BZ. You will need to provide your contact details in order to receive your gift.
- A completed Tea & Treasury Loyalty Card may only be redeemed for one surprise gift. No other Tea & Treasury Loyalea Card may be used in conjunction.
- Your gift will be provided to you within six weeks of you claiming it.
Additional information
- This loyalty scheme is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- We are not responsible for any Event(s) not taking place or for ensuring you are aware of or invited to any Event(s).
- By using your Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Card, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any of the Events, or refuse to provide a reward to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Cards.
- The Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Tea & Treasury Loyaltea Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards other than the surprise gift. You cannot sell or transfer your Tea & Treasury Loyaltea card to anyone else.
- The surprise gift will be of nominal value.
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Loyalty Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these terms and conditions.
- We may discontinue our Loyalty Scheme at any time in our sole discretion, at no liability to you.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, TreasurySpring, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting a surprise gift except where it is caused by the negligence of TreasurySpring, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- We may change these terms and conditions or add new terms and conditions at any time in our sole discretion. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Scheme will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
- The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By participating in this Loyalty Scheme, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and, unless you have selected to opt out, for marketing purposes. We will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
