  • By entering this Client Survey 2025 prize draw, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. TreasurySpring reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • To enter the prize draw you must complete and submit TreasurySpring’s Client Survey 2025. This prize draw is free to enter for all individuals who complete the Client Survey 2025, and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry may be made per person, except as otherwise stated.
  • The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries submitted, who meets these terms and conditions.
  • The draw will be made on 5 August 2025.
  • All Client Survey 2025 entries must be completed by midnight on 1 August 2025.
  • The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond to the email within 30 days, we will then draw another name from the ballot until a winner is found.
  • The winner will receive their prize by email.
  • The prize is a £250 gift voucher from either John Lewis & Partners, Amazon UK or Apple UK, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card provider.
  • The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • TreasurySpring reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond TreasurySpring’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  • Entrants must be aged 18+.
  • By entering this prize draw, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and, unless you have selected to opt out, for marketing purposes. If your name is selected for a donation in your name to the LSEG Foundation, we will be providing your name to the LSEG Foundation, unless you tell us otherwise. TreasurySpring will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, TreasurySpring, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
