• You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
• The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries submitted, who meets these terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
• All valid entries must be made after the start of the ACT Annual Conference 2026 at 9am on 12 May 2026 and by 5pm on 13 May 2026.
• The draw will be made following the ACT Annual Conference and before Friday 15 May 2026.
• We will notify the winner by email on or before Friday 15 May 2026. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 calendar days and provide the relevant details for delivering the prize, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification and provide relevant details and so on).
• The winner will receive their prize within six weeks of claiming it.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
• By entering this promotion, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and, unless you have selected to opt out, for marketing purposes.
