We’re celebrating appearing at the ACT Annual Conference 2024 by inviting you to enter a prize draw to win a cocktail set, complete with gin, to make our very own TreasurySpring tipple – the Fixed-Term Collins

The gift box includes a bottle of Haymans gin, a cocktail making kit, and a recipe card detailing how to make our Fixed-Term Collins cocktail.

Terms and conditions apply:

 

  • You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  • The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries submitted, who meets these terms and conditions.
  • The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  • All valid entries must be made after the start of the ACT Annual Conference 2024 at 9am on 21 May 2024 and by 5pm on 22 May 2024.
  • The draw will be made following the ACT Annual Conference and before Friday 24 May 2024.
  • We will notify the winner by email on or before Friday 24 May 2024. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 calendar days and provide the relevant details for delivering the prize, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification and provide relevant details and so on).
  • The winner will receive their prize within six weeks of claiming it.
  • The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  • By entering this promotion, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and, unless you have selected to opt out, for marketing purposes. The promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
  • You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.

  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
