• This promotion is operated by TreasurySpring Advisors Limited, 25 Market Mews, London, W1J 7BZ (the “promoter”).
• You are deemed to have accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
• This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
• The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries submitted, who meets these terms and conditions.
• The prize draw is open to all aged 18 years or over, except employees of the promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
• All valid entries must be made after the start of TMANY's New York Cash Exchange 2026 at 8am on September 1, 2026 and by 5pm on September 2, 2026. 
• The draw will be made following TMANY's New York Cash Exchange 2026, on or around September 7, 2026.
• We will ensure that the draw is done randomly.
• We will notify the winner by email on or around September 10, 2026​. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 calendar days and provide the relevant details for delivering the prize, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification and provide relevant details and so on).
• The winner will receive their prize within six weeks of claiming it.
• The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
• By entering this promotion, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and, unless you have selected to opt out, for marketing purposes. The promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy.
• You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
