Former J.P. Morgan global liquidity portfolio manager brings two decades of institutional cash-investing experience to TreasurySpring

London, 3rd September 2026 – TreasurySpring, the global cash investment platform, has announced the appointment of Olivia Maguire as Senior Director, Capital Markets, deepening the company’s expertise across institutional liquidity and money markets.

Olivia joins TreasurySpring after 25 years at J.P. Morgan, most recently as a Senior Global Liquidity Short Term Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Trader in the Asset Management division. As lead manager of the Sterling-denominated Liquidity Fund range and co-manager of the Euro Liquidity Fund range, she oversaw more than $40 billion in AUM. She previously managed the Euro Government Liquidity Fund, the Japanese Yen Offshore Liquidity Fund and the EMEA Managed Reserve business.

Olivia began her career in technology and project management roles across J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank, working on swaps, derivatives and electronic trading systems, and at its Private Bank, focusing on client portfolio rebalancing.

Alongside her portfolio management career, Olivia has contributed to the development of the sterling and euro money markets through roles with the Bank of England's SONIA Stakeholder Advisory Group and Money Markets Committee, the European Central Bank's Money Market Contact Group, and the Investment Committee of the Institutional Money Market Funds Association, which she chaired.

At TreasurySpring, Olivia will work closely with the company’s leadership, capital markets and commercial teams to strengthen and expand its institutional cash investment offering. Olivia will deepen existing relationships with both regulators and central banks globally, where her experience and network will bolster TreasurySpring's position as a leading global cash investment platform.

Henry Adams, US CEO and Global Head of Capital Markets, commented: “Olivia brings a rare combination of experience to TreasurySpring, having spent two decades supporting institutional clients with cash investment, while her work with central banks and industry bodies gives her deep expertise in the mechanics of how sterling and euro money markets operate.

That blend of investor perspective and market expertise will be hugely valuable to us as we continue to strengthen our Capital Markets capabilities and to innovate and expand our range of institutional cash investment products to transform the wholesale cash investment market.”

Olivia Maguire, Senior Director, Capital Markets at TreasurySpring, added:
"Institutions' needs have changed enormously over my career managing liquidity portfolios. The challenge treasurers face in balancing risk and return hasn't.

"TreasurySpring has created genuinely new ways for institutions to access and manage a far broader range of cash investments. Joining TreasurySpring is a natural evolution for me: a chance to bring an investor's perspective to products designed around how institutions actually manage liquidity."
