With more than 20 years of experience across law, hedge funds, asset management, and financial technology, Kevin co-founded TreasurySpring in 2016 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Before founding TreasurySpring, he was Partner and Head of Short-dated Investments at AgFe, following its acquisition of Autumn Capital Partners, an investment consultancy business he co-founded and led as CEO. As CEO, Kevin leads TreasurySpring’s overall strategy and growth.
Drawing on his deep expertise in short-dated fixed income and building financial services businesses, he is focused on transforming how institutions manage and invest their cash through innovative, technology-driven solutions.

As Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer, Matthew leads TreasurySpring’s innovation and product strategy, helping develop the infrastructure and products that support the company’s continued growth.
Before co-founding TreasurySpring in 2016, he was a Partner at AgFe, where he focused on product development and operations within its short-dated investments business. He previously co-founded and served as COO of Autumn Capital Partners, an investment consultancy specialising in cash and short-dated fixed income.
Matthew holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry and is committed to developing products that make the financial system more robust, accessible, and fair.

Combining 20 years of experience across quantitative finance, technology, and fixed-income markets, James leads TreasurySpring’s technology strategy as Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer.
Before co-founding TreasurySpring in 2016, he was a Partner at AgFe, where he led the development of quantitative financial models across a broad range of asset classes. He previously co-founded Autumn Capital Partners, an investment consultancy specialising in cash and short-dated fixed income.
James holds two degrees in mathematics and is dedicated to making financial infrastructure more robust and accessible through standardisation and efficiency.

Henry joined the founding team to build the capital markets piece of the puzzle in 2018, leveraging a decades' worth of experience trading repo and interest rates across global markets. He now leads the firm’s US business and global capital markets strategy, as US CEO and Global Head of Capital Markets.
Before TreasurySpring, Henry spent nearly a decade at RBC Capital Markets, managing secured financing portfolios and developing solutions for institutional clients. He began his career at BlackRock in collateral management and strategy.
Based in New York, Henry focuses on growing our North American business and continues to work on the development of the financial products at the core of our funds.

Having joined TreasurySpring as Global Head of Partnerships in 2024, Tom brings over 20 years of experience in financial technology across wholesale markets, wealth management, and venture capital in London and New York.
Before joining TreasurySpring, he was a Partner at Anthemis Group and previously held senior leadership roles at Barclays across the US and UK. Tom leads TreasurySpring's global partnerships strategy, driving strategic relationships that support the firm's international growth.

As Chief Commercial Officer at TreasurySpring, Sashi brings more than 20 years of global institutional financial services experience.
She has held senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Symphony, and Coinbase before founding her own fintech and blockchain advisory business, where she advised global organisations on go-to-market strategy and commercial growth.
Sashi leads TreasurySpring's global commercial strategy, overseeing sales, partnerships, and client growth across international markets.

With 20 years of experience in financial services and client relationship management, Nick joined TreasurySpring as Head of Client Success in 2025. Before joining TreasurySpring, he spent a decade at State Street Global Advisors, heading up the Institutional Liquidity Relationship Management Team.
Nick leads TreasurySpring's Client Success function, working closely with clients to build long-term partnerships and deliver an exceptional client experience.

As Head of Sales, John leads TreasurySpring’s sales strategy, working closely with corporate and financial institutional treasury teams to understand their cash investment needs and provide access to diversified solutions. He joined TreasurySpring in 2020, bringing over 20 years of experience in institutional liquidity and cash management.
Before joining TreasurySpring, John held senior liquidity sales roles at HSBC and Deutsche Asset Management, supporting corporate, institutional, and private-market clients across the UK and Europe. He began his career at the Prudential (now M&G) before holding roles at Mercury Asset Management, Morgan Stanley, and BlackRock, working across client services, mutual fund trading, and liquidity fund solutions.

With 15 years experience in wholesale and transaction banking, Tommy joined TreasurySpring in 2022 to develop the firm's financial institutions business. As Head of Financial Institutions, he leads relationships with clients across the sector, helping them manage their cash, liquidity, and short-term investment needs.
Before joining TreasurySpring, Tommy held institutional and corporate banking roles at Barclays, MUFG and ICBC. His experience spans relationship management, business development, cash and liquidity management, working capital, and risk management solutions across global markets.

Having joined TreasurySpring in 2021, Oscar now leads the firm’s corporate strategy as Head of Corporate. He works closely with treasury teams to understand their investment requirements and help them access a broader range of short-dated cash investment solutions.
Before joining TreasurySpring, Oscar worked at HSBC, latterly within its Global Asset Management division. There, he managed and developed relationships with institutional clients investing in money market funds and other short-dated fixed-income products.

As Head of Legal, Sophie leads TreasurySpring’s legal function, advising the business on its products, operations, and strategic growth. She joined the firm in 2022, bringing experience from both private practice and in-house roles across the financial services sector.
A banking and finance solicitor, Sophie has advised financial institutions, investors, and borrowers on transactions spanning a broad range of sectors. Before TreasurySpring, she worked with BNY Mellon and Axiom and held roles at Osborne Clarke and Pinsent Masons.

Cecile leads TreasurySpring's Operations function, with responsibility for the teams and infrastructure that span trade execution and settlement through to client onboarding. She joined TreasurySpring in 2019 as Operations Manager before progressing to Director of Operations and becoming Head of Operations in 2022, building much of the firm's operational function from the ground up.
Cecile's background is in corporate treasury, where she worked on the funding and liquidity side of the business – forecasting cash flow, planning capital, and executing transactions. That grounding in treasury discipline and control frameworks, combined with a mathematics and Operations Research background, informs her approach to scaling TreasurySpring's operational capabilities as the business grows.

Valerie joined TreasurySpring as European Sales Director in 2024, bringing experience across foreign exchange, derivatives, financial technology, and client relationship management. She leads the development of TreasurySpring’s European client base, building strategic relationships and helping institutions access a broader range of cash investment solutions.
Before joining TreasurySpring, Valerie held client-facing roles at GPS Capital Markets, Behavox, and IG, where she worked across foreign exchange, financial technology, and derivatives trading. Originally from Belgium, Valerie is fluent in Dutch, French and English.

As Digital Product Director at TreasurySpring, Richard leads the development and evolution of the firm's digital platform and product experience. Before joining TreasurySpring, he co-founded Mava, serving as Chief Product Officer until the business was acquired in 2025.
Earlier in his career, Richard worked at Oceanwood Capital Management and Barclays Wealth & Investment Management. A CFA Charterholder, he combines deep investment expertise with a passion for product innovation and technology.

As Chief of Staff, Miriam is a member of TreasurySpring's Executive Leadership Team, driving strategic initiatives and enabling collaboration across the business. Since joining TreasurySpring in 2018, she has held a number of leadership roles, including VP of Sales, Head of Sales Operations, and Head of Community.
Prior to TreasurySpring, Miriam spent nine years at Commerzbank, where she gained experience in private wealth management, international business, and cash management. She holds an MBA and brings a broad commercial and operational perspective to support TreasurySpring's continued growth.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience building enterprise technology for financial services, Chris joined TreasurySpring as VP Engineering in 2025. Before joining TreasurySpring, he was Director of Engineering at Modulr and co-founded FINBOURNE Technology, where he led Platform Engineering for more than seven years.
Earlier in his career, Chris held engineering leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank and worked with Credit Suisse, specialising in high-performance trading, risk, and distributed systems. He leads TreasurySpring's engineering function, focusing on building secure, scalable technology that supports the firm's continued growth.

A Chartered Accountant (FCA), Hollie brings 20 years of experience supporting growing businesses and building scalable finance functions. She joined TreasurySpring in 2022 and is responsible for financial reporting, controls, and processes that support the firm’s continued growth.
Before TreasurySpring, Hollie served as CFO and Financial Controller at DriveTribe, following five years as Financial Controller at Tradeweb.

Adam joined TreasurySpring as Sales Director in 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience across corporate treasury, financial technology, and finance transformation.
Based in New York, he supports the continued growth of TreasurySpring’s US business, working closely with corporate treasury teams to understand their cash investment needs.Adam began his career at Deloitte, focusing on treasury transformation projects, before moving into corporate cash management at SunEdison and treasury technology consulting at ION.
Most recently, he spent seven years at GTreasury in senior sales and account management roles.

Alizée joined TreasurySpring in 2019 as one of the company's earliest employees, with over a decade of experience in fintech and financial markets.As Business Development Director, Alizée holds a strategic role within the senior commercial team building what TreasurySpring believes will be the world's leading cash investment platform for financial institutions.
Over the past six years, she has worked closely with some of the world's largest private funds – building deep relationships and developing a genuine understanding of what best-in-class cash management looks like for complex, multi-entity fund structures.
She works directly with institutional clients and strategic partners across the UK, US, and European markets, helping private funds, asset managers and corporates unlock institutional-grade cash management that was previously accessible only to the world's largest banks.

James leads the client services and data functions at TreasurySpring, supporting the development of its operations, analytics, and client experience. Since joining in 2021, he has progressed through roles including Operations Manager and Data & Analytics Lead.
Before joining TreasurySpring, James worked at Royal Bank of Scotland International across strategy, finance, and treasury, gaining experience in liquidity management, balance sheet optimisation, and debt issuance.
A CFA charterholder, James holds a Master’s in Global Management from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

After more than 25 years in wholesale banking, treasury, and regulatory structuring, Glen joined TreasurySpring in 2022 as Product Director before becoming Head of Trading and Execution in 2024.
He began his career at J.P. Morgan and has since held senior roles at Mizuho, Deutsche Bank, and Commerzbank. He also co-founded Utility Alpha, a financial technology business focused on digitising securities finance, collateral, and repo workflows.
Glen leads TreasurySpring's trading and execution capabilities, drawing on extensive experience across securities finance, collateral optimisation, and repo markets.

With nearly 25 years of experience across debt capital markets, corporate credit, and origination, Nigel joined TreasurySpring in 2023 as Head of Corporate Origination before becoming Head of Credit in 2026.
Prior to joining TreasurySpring, Nigel was Head of Credit Content at GLG and Corporate Bond Editor at GlobalCapital. He spent 17 years in debt capital markets at RBS, RBC Capital Markets, and National Australia Bank, holding roles across origination and syndication.
